Fiudo is an online legal bookstore providing physical books and related resources for law students, Nigerian Law School students and legal professionals.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fiudo website and your purchase of our products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

However:

• •Product availability may change without notice.
• •Different editions of a book may have different covers or layouts.
• •Fiudo reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions, prices or availability.

Where an order is affected by a significant error, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once Fiudo confirms the order and payment has been successfully received, subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

• •The requested product is unavailable
• •There is an obvious pricing or listing error
• •We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• •We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

All prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by Fiudo.

Prices may change at any time. However, changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Fiudo delivers to locations within Nigeria where delivery services are available.

Delivery fees and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, order volume and delivery method.

Fiudo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, strikes, road restrictions, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Where incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

We want every customer to receive their order in good condition.

If you receive:

• •The wrong book
• •A damaged book
• •A materially defective product

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details and, where applicable, clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review the complaint and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Returns or exchanges for change of mind may be subject to Fiudo’s applicable return conditions.

Participation in the Fiudo Campus Ambassador Programme is subject to the eligibility requirements and programme guidelines communicated by Fiudo.

Being accepted as a Campus Ambassador does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between the Ambassador and Fiudo unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Commission, referral benefits and other Ambassador benefits are subject to the applicable terms of the programme.

All original content on the Fiudo website, including our name, logo, branding, graphics, original text, images and other materials, belongs to Fiudo or is used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Fiudo’s original content without our prior written permission.

Book titles, author names, publisher names, logos and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• •Use the website for unlawful purposes
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• •Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• •Submit false or misleading information
• •Use the website to commit fraud or abuse
• •Copy or distribute Fiudo's original website content without permission

Fiudo may use third-party services for payment processing, delivery, website hosting, analytics and other business functions.

Your use of such services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the Fiudo website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fiudo will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from misuse of the website or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising from your use of the Fiudo website or purchase of our products shall be handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian law.
